More books for signing and submission at NYCC. Would appreciate your thoughts on the possible grade (and whether you think they might benefit from a press and clean).

 

Final book today is yet another classic Claremont/Byrne X-Men book.

9.4, maybe 9.2

9.2/9.4. The 1/16"-1/8" miswrap, the light color breaks at the top staple and the blunted/worn corners bring it down for me. Hard to tell if the right corners show color break, if so, the press may not help there.

 

I can't see it getting higher than a 9.4 with those color breaking spine ticks and the corner/edge wear especially if CGC is grading as tight as everyone says they are. What area were you concerned about getting cleaned? Back cover?
