If you're patient, you will definitely come across these books. Pedigree just had a couple 9.4s up, but they sold relatively quickly.

Two of the four are on ComicLInk right now, so yes 2-5 in CGC 9.2 is very doable.

 

And if you want to pay a lot you can get issue #4 CGC 9.4 Pacific Coast copy from Quality Comix.

That would seem to be the case to me too. Probably because the early numbers were printed before similarly numbered ASMs and X-Men.
