Ditko cover and art! Book is a solid GD I feel. Single staple production, holding still but barely. Spine is soft, and spliting bottom 1/4. Still nice, flat, and an excellent Sci-fi GGA cover. Tough book!

Another great classic GGA cover. Wally Wood cover & art. Staples are popped and it has a fair amount of tape (Looks nicely done, all interior), very nice with great eye appeal. Really don't want to sell this one. Take it before I change my mind.

My last Strange Worlds, can't keep it if the other two sell.... Cover still attached, but reinforced with tape. Several large tears sealed with tape. Still a cool cover and would go great with one or both of the other two up for sale...Tough book!

Next-to-last issue, Communist cover! Bad news is cover is split and reattached/joined with tape and interior spine is brittle. Good news is the cover has AMAZING GLOSS (looks NM) and interior is off-white and supple apart from the spine. Put this one in Mylar and admire it.

Robot Men of the Lost Planet #1 GD- $150 NOW $120

BLACK FRIDAY SALE **TODAY ONLY** $100

 

Classic (Kinstler I think) GGA Scifi cover. A must have for the collector of those genres. This book has a few issues. Cover still attached by top staple, but there is some rust on both. Leaf-side of the book's covers are thin and worn, and there are a few tiny holes around the edges of the cover and spine. Some tape reinforcement of the weakest areas. Very readable though, and looks fantastic in Mylar. Not an everyday-kinda-book and worth owning despite the flaws.

Classic Maurice Whitman cover, another favorite of mine. (nobody drew Sheena better IMHO). Solid book, but staples and tears reinforced with tape (conserved).

Note: this is my very first Fiction House purchase....you've been warned....

Jungle Comics #92 - GD/VG $35 NOW $25

Great cover for Planet of the Apes fans. Bottom staple modeeratly rusty and popped, top staple holding. Some tears secured (conserved) with tape. Great book with one of the best-drawn interiors of the run.

I do not want to sell this comic.

 

.......But if I have to, you should know that it's in fantastic shape: Sharp, flat, and lovely. Only a few little staple pulls. Great story about what happened when the Reds took over America. Published 2-years after D-day, seems like we didn't waste anytime finding new enemies....

 

BTW, this comic pairs well with movies like Bridge of Spies and the upcoming Trumbo movie with Bryan Cranston.

 

Communism is so hot right now.
