That's a nice looking book IMO. I'd say it's in the 9.0-9.2 area. I couldn't tell if there is an issue with the bottom staple and the urc is blunted a bit. If the staple is not firmly attached that would really bring the grade down by my guess to someting like an 8.0.

 

I am still new at grading but I hope this helps
