Book is from 1948 and features the First Appearance of Little Max. Cover also features Palooka vs. Humphrey. Nice little semi-key issue at an affordable price.

Book is from 1948 and is in wonderful shape. The upper right looks might look like bends but it's actually some light foxing. Otherwise a very sharp book nearly 70 years old.

Funny Book #1

Book is from 1942 and is the first issue in the series. Featuring a story of Alice and Wonderland. This has to be a tough book to find complete. There are tempting pages for kids to cut out and this books still has them (see spoiler tag below). The color on the front spine is from the back cover art. There are a couple of mazes that were written in, but this book is complete and intact.

Wonderland Comics #8

Book is from 1946 and I bought this book because of the cover style. Besides the great colorful art, the font and layout is clean and different from what you typically see in an older book. That and it's in nice condition (besides some dirt staining on back).

Terry and the Pirates #3

Books is from 1947 and is the First issue. This series starts at issue #3 since it was formerly known as Boy Explorers. This is introduction of Terry and the Pirates and also features the First Appearance of The Dragon Lady. The waviness on edge is not water damage and can be pressed. There's a moderate tear on the bottom of the cover. Still presents well and reasonable price considering it's significance.

That would be the last of my Golden Ages for sale. I'm a moderate collector and don't have that many and can't afford the AF15's out there :cry: I try to buy ones that present well and it's kind of neat to hold a piece of history. I'll be out of the house most of today but I'll check my phone for PM and updates. Invoices will go out mid week and I'll try to get a Modern Thread up this weekend for those who grew up in the 80's.
