If your okay with it coming back as an 8.0, then yes. It might go higher, but I'm not really sure.

 

Personally, I'd give it a 9.0, but sometimes it can be a shoot with CGC.

It looks like an 8.5/9.0 tweener to me. For a non-key random SA, not sure the sale price would be worth the expense to slab vs just selling it raw.

There are currently 21 issues in the census about 10 being 9.0 or higher, probably not much demand for this book CGC graded relative to raw.

That story was reprinted in a 100 page giant. It is one of, if not the first comic story I ever read. I never knew it was a cover story from Action. Great book, regardless of whether you grade it or not.
