Seller claims this is a 9.0+

This is just my opinion but with that staple wear and the slightly worn right corners I would say its an 8.5. Otherwise, its a very nice book with a lot of color and gloss.

thanks - that was my thoughts too - was leaning toward 8.5

The wear on the corner keeps it in VF range, up to you to see how much you’d pay for that copy. The rest looks pretty nice.

 

BTW, would you grade my FF#67 that I posted here, it has a similar defect (wear concentrated in a single part) but overall nice, and I stated the seller's grade in Spoilers.

Thanks for the reply... I was really hoping for a 9.0 here, but I just don't think it makes it that far primarily due to that one corner... too bad though because the price was great for a 9.0, not nearly as great for a VF

Tough to find deals on these books in high grade… They are more desired in high grade, so even when sold raw they are hard to come by as great deals.
