It's the first "full" (cover?) appearance of the Spirit. If that's the most valuable aspect of this issue, then I think that it's missing part of the Spirit's shoulder from spine damage/loss is pretty significant. Also looks like rats or mice got a hold of the corner.

 

Would this be worth preserving or should I sell it as-is?
