PGM Batman 234

I am really out of my depth when it comes to grading anything below NM and would appreciate your opinions. I put some close ups of some of the biggest defects in the spoiler tags.

 

Front and back cover has a lot of non color breaking dents and bends. I would love to also get your opinions of what it's grade might be with a press.
