There was a patch made with a yellow post-it note that was colored in. So I am looking at having that plus additional CT at the bottom removed if possible. I'm concerned because the pages are brittle AF and the cover wrap seems like it was put through some sort of restoration process...

 

LMK if you want high-res scans of any particular area...

With brittle pages and potential additional cover restoration, I don't know that I'd go to the trouble of having the CT removed. Is the tape at top covering a spine split?

 

Given the brittle pages and other issues, maybe a 2.5/3.0 with amateur resto, but not bad eye-appeal on a classic cover.

Yep, it looks great for a low-grader -- I'd leave as is and enjoy it, especially given the PQ. Seems like the spine and corner creases have a smattering of color touch hits, so resto removal would be rather a long and pricey road.
