PGM: Batman - The Killing Joke

I wanted to do my first submission and was wondering if I could get some thoughts on this book before I submit it. It has one dent, and wasn't sure if I should get it pressed before submission. Has never been read, corners are sharp, no blunting, and lays flat. I'm new to all this grading stuff and any suggestions for the best possible outcome would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What do you think is hindering it from say a 9.4 or 9.6? Do you think pressing out the dent could get it higher?
