This is not only rare, it is an unusual form factor so I'm really not sure how to grade these. Or to even send it to CGC. Input appreciated.

 

Grading Notes: Small piece of tape on back cover, small indentation on back cover (above Deluxe Mic text)

Really rare and unseen little book you got there i'll go with a 2.5./3.0
