It looks like a high-end FN, maybe 7.0 ? Probably 6.5 Can more experienced eyes opine?

Yeah, I think there may be too much going on to even get a 6.0, IMHO. I'm thinking 5.5

Nothing shocking to note that scans may accentuate some defects, or hide others.

 

Here's a photo where the two major detractions- the spine and top edge left wear- are not quite so obvious, and the book has reasonably solid feel and overall eye appeal.

 

Though I get the accumulated deductions of points approach.

5.5 /6.0 that back bottom corner has me thinking 5.5.

Fair point, the scan brought that to my attention as well, but in RL it's tucked under a bit, not missing.
