One member mentioned cutting a board 1/32 of an inch. How did he accomplish such a precise cut?

I recently purchased mylite 4 mil bags and Gerbers silver/gold fullback boards for my mid-60s Marvels. The fit is very tight especially with three microchamber papers put in comic. They don't fit well in a short comic box either. I was thinking of cutting the boards -  more like 1/8 inch -  but need to get cut precise and not leave fibers on board edge. Thanks.
