PGM: Amazing Spider-man 623 Jusko variant

Hi. This book is pretty much NM+ 9.6-9.8 but it has a problem. There is a very fine scratch from a razor down the center of the entire front cover only visible when held up to the light. This book seems to have been on top when they cut the box open. What kind of hit am I probably looking at? Thanks.
