I have a pretty nice copy that has some odd waves/ripples on the back cover (bottom right) - probably from production. how does it factor into grade?

 

there's also about a 1/2" crease that barely breaks colour at the top of wolverine's shoulder along the spine

Those are HUMONGOUS scans.

 

Couldn't find anything that would keep it from 9.4, I don't think a single transverse spine stress alone would reduce to 9.2. Above that I only speculate.

 

But what are those three marks on back, bottom right? Are those bindery creases?

As for those marks, they are strange ripples; all parallel. The bottom 2 are worse that the top one

 

Note: Super-Enormous scans are gone... only big scans remain
