Please view any thoughts about PGM: JLA Classified 1

I just bought a mint copy of JSA classified 1 and the cover is immaculate. However, when I opened it to read, I found this weird stain on one of the pages?

 

 

How will this affect the grade?

I spoke to the seller and they told me this is a brand-new issue straight from the manufacturer. I looked at the page closely, and I think there's a discoloration lower on the page. I took a photo too. Could this be a manufacturing defect?

 

 

Or would you all return it?

do they even use glue in the manufacturing process?

anyone have any ideas? debating if I should return it.
