Not sure, can you get a VG/F 5.0 with that tiny chip at bottom right?

If the rest of the book is really nice, I think you can get a 7.0 with that chip. They don't hammer a chip as much as other things. However, I do see a lot of other problems. Without a pic of the BC, I would guess this book may be a 5.5 .
