CGC grades more like comics are baseball cards, vs bigger scoring old school based on eye appeal & surface wear.

 

I'd say FN or 6.5 depending how much the scan exaggerated the transfer stains/surface wear on back cvr. using the newfangled grading of this century. 7.0 at the high end on its best day.
