Hey guys. Can you please grade this and explain why? As I mentioned in my threads from last week, I am looking to learn to grade better. The book is totally flat with no spine roll. The staples are clean and tight. Thank you!

Light surface wear/overall eye appeal has me starting at 6.0/6.5, but reduce for the staining bottom of back cover to 5.0 - 5.5 at best (books w/stains are often hammered for that defect). Probably just a 4.5 by old-school grading.
