The spine roll situation is a publisher/printer defect. Not sure what to make of it. BTW, the black line down the left edge of the back cover is printed; it's not a shadow. Thanks for all the insight.

Maybe 9.2 since this isn't a spine roll.

 

I think this is an example of a miscut cover rather than spine roll. If it was a spine roll, you would see the edges of the interior pages protruding from the edge of the back or front cover.

 

Otherwise, a nice copy.
