I totally forgot about Dark Horse's 'Timecop' which is a really good movie.

Quite a few good movies, mixed in with some misses. 'Time Cop' showed Dark Horse it had hidden gems in its extensive eclectic portfolio. And even 'The Shadow' was very well done though it had very little SFX due to the limitations of the technology at the time.
