The simple rules... :D

 

- 1st :takeit: in the sales thread beats ANY agreement between parties via PM or elsewhere.

 

It's fine if someone wants to post the " :takeit: sign pending scan"... but realize if someone posts the :takeit: sign after you without a "pending scan" notation, then their :takeit: will trump yours.

 

If someone posts :takeit: in the sales thread in the time it takes me to mark it sold to you from your PM, you also will lose item.

 

If you're really worried about losing the item, then you better post :takeit: it here in the sales thread ;)

 

- Paypal only please. Verified Paypal address is the only address I ship to unless I know you.

- No probies, HOS or people who I choose not to sell to or those on my personal ignore list.

- Payment required within three days after you are sent an invoice unless prior arrangements are made beforehand. After that, books are back up for sale.

- Shipping will be a flat $15 for boxed Priority/insured for USA domestic addresses no matter how much you buy. Out of USA shipping is available, but will be expensive and exact.

- Returns gladly accepted within 7 days of receipt of package, no questions asked. Entire return required for refund...this eliminates all that partial refund business that never benefits the seller. Since these are CGC books, buyer pays for return shipping.

 

Need to see how legit I am... here are 30+ pages of my kudos.

:takeit: pending scans is ok with me... that said if someone posts an unconditional :takeit:, then that one will trump the pending scan :takeit:.

^Don't second guess yourself, bud.

 

Last time (only time) I bought without a scan was a CGC 4.0. [not from Rupp]

 

Turned out it had prominent and ugly sub-crease down front and I would not have bought had I waited to see it first.

 

Can never be sure, but now I won't buy either w/o scan (well, maybe a 9.0 or higher I'd buy unseen).
