PGM: Dale Evans Comics #2 DC Comics 1948

Looks 6.5 - 7.0.

But if there's a bump to be had, could get 7.5?

Thanks! It has some wear to it, obviously, but it seems to be in pretty decent condition for its age. I think there are only 5 of these in the CGC census, with the highest grade being a 9.0, second highest 8.0, third highest a 5.5. Would your recommend having this one graded?

Nice copy. 7.0 seems about right.

Thanks! Do you think it would be worth it to press and/or slab this one? If it got a 7.0 from CGC it would be the 3rd highest grade.

Depending on how many you ship to and back in one order, the cost of slabbing a GA book is around $40 or so all told. For resale purposes slabbed 6.5 and up books frequently fetch a decent premium over raw copies accurately described the same way. You just have to figure out if that premium is worth the time, cost and effort.

What about pressing, do you think this book is a good candidate?
