PGM: Batman 52

I watched this on an estate sale website for the last week, happy its now mine.

 

There is a tear in the spine that runs about an inch and a half from the top, that extends down to the tear that goes about 3/4 inch across the cover. There is also a 1 inch tear in the bottom of the front cover right behind the wheel of Joker's car. Also a 1949 in pen in the Batman symbol and a 12-10 in pencil with initials of what I'm assuming is the last owner.

Probably 3.5. Maybe 4.0 (if grader doing bongs).

The size of the tears combined with the additional wear put it in the 3.0 range.

 

The pencilled date and initials are likely a distributor code with an arrival date of 2-10. The 1949 was probably added by an owner of the book. Neither would effect grade for books in this shape.
