CCS, then CGC.

 

The bottom of the cover has overhang, which could be pressed...the corners would also benefit from a press, especially the bottom corners.

 

Chances are there is some waviness from the glued spine that isn't visible in the scan, too.

 

Far as the chipping on the bottom of the FC, I am pretty sure those are printer's chips i.e. production related.

 

They are common on older books, a good example of a book that this defect effects most copies is ASM 361.Most slabbed 9.8's of that book have printer's chips on the bottom of the cover.
