I'm debating sending this for pressing and grading or just selling it raw.

 

MVS is intact.

Cover has pulled away from the top staple.

All pages are white/off-white.

Based on front cover with the detached staple it's at 4.0 to 5.0 (depends on how hard they hit for pop). Maybe even a 5.5 if they're liberal?

 

But back cover reduces, not sure if the back cover stains/soil spots can be cleaned up, I'll let the press experts opine, figure max grade at 3.5 unless it cleans up a lot.

 

My personal opinion of slab vs sell raw - I'd sell raw. In fact just did last week, a 3.0 raw on ebay and got better than I expected (they've been running a bit over $200 a point). It was one of my few comics ever pressed, done by a boardie, and was a weak 3.0 strong 2.5 previously.

Depending on what you have into it . . . I'd probably still go the Raw route.
