If the staining/scuffing/surface wear on back at top is just a scanner trick on the eyes, then 5.5/6.0.

Apparently really nice books are no longer disqualified from FN if they have sub crease, although perhaps that leniency only applies if it's ncb on front, which wouldn't apply here.
