I do not think this is a good pressing candidate, but I do think it is a good cleaning candidate.

Hulk 181, CGC 5.0, $975 shipped and insured. Price is firm.

Also not a good pressing candidate. I do think it would clean up, though I don't see a grade bump from a cleaning. I say that because of a corner crease that runs approximately from Hulk's ankle to his bum. It's been pressed flat and isn't too noticeable; I think someone did a good press job on it but for some reason didn't clean it. There is some soiling on the back, but there's also a bit of foxing.
