Minor comic spotting in new movie

...and by minor, I mean "a minor scene", not a minor book...

 

In the new Ben Affleck movie "The Accountant", there is a scene where the character is seen looking through drawers in his "safe house". The draws contain moveable assets-- the first has cash in various denominations, the second has a stack of 1oz gold bars, and the third has, among other things, a few comics: All American 16 and Action 1 are seen on the top of the pile. The character packs a go-bag and takes the Action 1 with him. More Fun 52 can be seen as the book that was under the Action 1.

That's cool. A T206 Wagner and 1915 Crackerjack Mathewson are in there too. Not sure of the middle card, but it's a T205. Hoblitzell no stats back maybe?

My jaws dropped when I saw that AC #1 being so "naked" in the movie. Only then i realise it must be a prop copy. "phew phew"

There is a Captain America comic in the movie "A Dog's Purpose". I'm not sure which one but it had Cap and Bucky. The boy was reading it to the dog with a flashlight under the bed sheets.

I got a chuckle out of this scene in The Accountant, too. No Tec 27 though, huh AFFLECK???!
