Hi all I need a lil help with grading this copy of Chamber of chills #19

I'm sorry I don't have a scanner just pics and photobucket.

Its complete and Has no cut outs centerfold is firmly attached cover is attached but im not confident it will stay that way on top staple so I try not to handle it much. My big concern is the missing piece on back cover how much will that effect grade.
