7 pages with small tear in upper right corner (no art work effected) ... about half the size of a pinky nail or smaller.

Without the margin tears I think this book would be a solid 9.4 with some light corner and spine wear. I think the small tears may bring it down to an 9.0. Maybe even lower since it goes through multiple pages. When you say the size of a pinky nail do you mean 1/3 inch? This type of grade interests me because it will give some insight into the cost of tears like these.

Thanks for the feedback. I will try and get pictures later but smaller then 1/3" .... I would say 1/8" to 1/16" tops.
