Yeah, I'm at 7.0 because slight fade, maybe 7.5/7.5+ if it had deeper colors.

The only things I see are some corner wear/blunting, small amount of cover wear and a thumb pull slightly down and to the right of the "C" in "Fantastic". I'm more in the range of an 8.0/8.5. Especially with this being a square bound book which tend to look like rags most of the time. I think dry cleaning the book would brighten the colors. If you look at the white in the "King-Size Special!" banner you can see dust accumulation. Cool Book!

Agreed, I'd have it cleaned. Structurally, looks like an 8.5/9.0 to me. I don't see a 7.0...Sharp book!

1st Annihilus! I'd call it an 8.0, and it looks great

7.5 A lot of cover rubbing, and mild corner blunting. CGC seems to be hitting color rub hard lately.
