Yeah, I agreed with Noman's grade at 9.0, but low resolution pics means low confidence, so I didn't post.

PGM Here are some photos of ASM # 100 anniversary issue 1972. In Raw condition.

 

Interior of front page is provided to disclose any attempts to touch up. Consider that the book was printed in 72 with a total black background on the front. Either very good ink or very good care? thanks guys. Shall I get this graded or not?
