I am contemplating to purchase this original art page

its attributed to Captain America White # 0

 

Could anyone confirm this page actually belong to this book?

also provide info about the context of the page?

I have Marvel Unlimited, so I'm not sure how well this answer... answers.

 

Captain America White #0 (2008) appears to have been a 1-shot.

 

Captain America White #1 - #5 (2015) appears to have been a mini.

 

Captain America White #1 (2015) reprints #0 (2008) following the content from #1, and then there's an interview at the very end. The only image I saw that resembles the image you provided is this obviously different image from that back matter interview:

 

 

 

Of course, it could have been a story content divider page in a print issue, but I'm unsure why it wouldn't have made it into the digital :shrug:

but looks like was never published in the book.

This is now on eBay with a title suggesting that it is perhaps in Captain America White #0... as both of us that went through said issue (I went through the entire mini digitally) can attest, this image does not appear in Captain America White #0, so just a heads up.
