Cool. Because I saw they significantly lowered the value statement on the book once it was verified (about 1/3 FMV for what it was graded), and was worried they did something to damage it.

I think you're just seeing the status as it applies to any book going through the CGC lifecycle. I just had a couple of books reholdered and it also said "graded" but came back the same. However, the FMV adjustment would be concerning to me, especially if it was 1/3 the value. I've had them adjust the FMV but its always been more. I would definitely call them or email them. Send an email tonight via the "contact us" section on cgccomics.com and you'll hear back from them early in the morning. They've been very good about response time. Let us know how this plays out. Hopefully everything is okay.

I have a book that was sent in for reholdering and it's status shows "graded." Does that mean they regarded the book?

 

I believe so.

 

Nah, every time you re-holder a book, the status will show "graded" before it's shipped out - it doesn't mean the book was actually re-graded.
