I think a 9.0 as it sits.  The outer edge isn't much of a problem because this is seen on the #300 quite often and is considered a production issue (@chadwick mentioned this in your other post in Grading and Restoration Issues).  The bottom left corner of the FC has some blunting/wear.  The top right corner of the FC has some blunting/wear as well.  Some small spine ticks seen on the front and back covers.  Some decent dents or ripples visible on the back cover.  The top of the spine looks like a bindery tear and is again considered a production issue.  A press may get you a 9.2 but I think the corner wear may keep it at a 9.0.
