I don't think a detached centerfold is going to affect it that much  in this grade. It's hard to tell without seeing the inside and the spine, but if the spine has no splits and the pages are around white, I'd go with 3.0 max, if not, 2.5. It looks like there might be a little too much spine wear at the bottom for 3.0, but I can't tell from here.
