Decent eye-appeal, but too many flaws to grade higher:

spine roll, slight rust on staple, tape on inside cover/first wrap at staple and  3 center wraps, also  a 2" piece on top of one interior page. Looks like possible yellow crayon on color pull on back cover.

Great eye-appeal for the grade, but tanning pages with some brittleness, cover is detached and split from bottom to bottom staple ( 3.5"), the first few wraps are split about half way up. Should be handled carefully, but it's not flaking.
