So I picked this up in a $2 bin, simply thinking I'm getting a cool Archie cover (waterskiing with B&V) with a poster insert that actually intact. Then I get home and open to page 1:

Is that Dan DeCarlo in green on the lower left?

That is awesome.  I wonder what the back story is?  Daughter or granddaughter of a creator? Sick kid that wrote in?  Archie convention?

I don't think I will ever know, but it was cool to open it up and find the Archie bullpen all over it!
