Hey guys, first off I hope I'm in a good thread to post this. Sorry if I am not

So I was search thing through some old comics of my father's and I found this.

I have a vol 1, #236 Fantastic Four comic, that is signed by J. Byrnes. The signature is on the bottom of the first page. I admit I have no clue about comics and was wondering if maybe someone could help me value this as I'm looking to sell it.  The comic seems to be in good condition. as long as ive had it its always been in a sealed sleeve with a card board backing, I've only taken it out to take these pictures.

The help would be greatly appreciated.
