I think in the 9.2-9.4-ish range ... didn't notice anything major (but then again, I only made it to the round of 64 in the grading tournament, and that was after a bye!!!) ... nice book ... my copy looks similar in condition ...

I'm seeing 9.4

Looks like a 9.2 to me.  Multiple CBCs on the spine, light wear along spine, light blunting and some corner wear.

I agree with the 9.2/9.4 evaluations. 

I noticed something though. Look at the L in the sign below The Punishers elbow. I perceived something like an erased "5" with a circle around it. I pulled out my copy and it had the same thing. It's actually the glove of an M&M guy from the ad on the opposite side of the cover
