So mainly looking to see what kind of  grade id get with the rips . I couldnt pass it up on how well it presents. And ive never owned so looking for advice on grade and ehhh price so i feel better . Lol.

I think it comes down to how much this is considered a key. I will go with 3.5. I sometimes think square bound should get a different grade standard.

Yeah,and since they should bot be pressed its harder to fix mistakes .

I was at a 4 before seeing the spine splits, so I'd drop it a full grade to 3.0. 

I agree with the comment of square bound books needing to be held to a different standard. It's a unique bind and should be viewed differently.
