Opinion on Tales from the Crypt 20

Here is one of a few books I picked up on Wednesday and I would like your opinion as to it's grade.

I can post more pics if need be. Any and all replies will be welcomed and I Thank You for your time! The 

cover is attatched but barely and all pages are present, so it is a complete book. I would grade this one 

and the other book I posted as Thrashed but CGC does not have that category!   Have a look!
