PGM Avengers Annual 10

This is from my personal collection, no intentions to submit it. The book lays flat, but there are spine ticks and some bending, most notable on the back cover. The mid grade tends to have opinions vary greatly, so I'm very curious what others think this rates at.

I'd call it a 6.5. CGC would call it a 7.0.
