Back cover -- is this a normal ad or something else?

I have a Knights of the Old Republic #1 -- it's in pretty nice shape, but when I turned it over....yikes!  Is this the normal ad or is this some printing error?  There are no creases or colorbreaks and the gloss is consistent throughout.
