Recommended Book/Movie- The Girl With All The Gifts

 

Stumbled across this movie on ppv one night, watched it and then followed up by reading the book.  It wasn't until I finished the book I found out author M R Carey was the pen name for comics writer Mike Carey (Lucifer, X-Men Legacy, Ultimate Fantastic Four, much more).

Watched the movie with little/no expectations and was entertained.  More than I can say for a lot of others out there!

I very much enjoyed the book, the movie is in my Netflix queue.

Found the book at a thrift shop and read it three times. Cannot wait for the movie on Blu soon.

Went to buy it last night, but I forgot and picked up La La Land instead.

Got a copy at Target tonight. Can't wait to watch it Saturday night.  

Hidden Figures gets bumped to another week.
