Dead pool mini series 94 issue 1 signed good condition

Hi guys I'vefound some old comics and am trying to figure out there values , not expecting much but still not sure its quite confusing lol. Ive got a red aschan from maxx aswell.

Unsigned that's probably a $5-10 book. Not sure what the sig value would add to it. Check out eBay.com, type the book into search and you'll get an idea of what others are priced at. You can also filter by "Sold" listings to see what people are paying.

An unwitnessed sig adds no value and in fact is 'writing on cover' and downgraded.  I say $2 maybe.
