The case is mint.  This was given a purple label due to the "slight" restoration. I submitted it 'as is' and took photos of it raw too.  As the case notes "Restoration includes small amount of color touch on cover, small amount of glue on cover. Robert M. Overstreet text.  Recognized as the first true "price guide" for comic book collecting.

Shipping will be done via PRIORITY mail with delivery confirmation in a Priority box but I will not ship outside the continental USA
