Action #252 Can you spare a grade?

Hi, first time poster, this is a copy of Action #252 I just picked up. I was wandering if anyone could tell me the grade knowing there is a rip through the entire book in the right margin. it starts and continues through most of the book as a 1 inch tear but on the last 2 pages and back cover, It goes in to about 2 inches as I hope you can see in the pics.  The tear does not effect the story and I am not sure how it effects the grade. There is a small dime size discoloration next to the "A" in Action on the cover. Otherwise the book looks clean with off white supple pages. Thanks for your time!

Hi James. Welcome to the boards. You should post this in the Hey Buddy Can You Spare a Grade forum. But I think you're looking at 2.0 at best with a whole of book tear like that.
